Describe in as much detail as you like what the officer did that was wrong. Do not rant. We need
to pinpoint the corruption as it relates to law in order for this forum to be constructive.
Corruption or malfeasance can be, but is not limited to: taking bribes, acting under the "color of law", violating state or federal law, lying on the witness stand, assault and/or battery, falsifying police reports, concealing or manufacturing criminal evidence, and even refusing to help someone in need, such as a stranded motorist.
