Shipping costs start at $4.12 for paperbacks and any T-shirts purchased separately and will be shown during checkout. T-shirts are only available in the United States. PDFs are available worldwide. You can check out as a guest and do not need a PayPal account if you have one of the above credit cards or a debit card. Because of PayPal shortcomings, differently priced items must be purchased separately.
EBOOK PURCHASES: The option for purchasing more than one electronic version of the book is available in case you will be sharing it with many people and feel more comfortable paying for more than one copy.
